Looks like the architect wanted to preserve texture and soil slopes are steep with a slope that is high enough. Therefore, building foundations should be really solid and strong. Occupancy is designed in the form of multistory buildings with five floors with the ground floor but that is not attached to the ground, with sustained by the construction of the columns of the main structure so that the house is not easily shaken or collapse.
