Snaidero has a few ideas for Modern Kitchen tahat using Red and Black Color. With a modern design and features a combination of stainless steel and LED lighting, the Venus kitchen uses a Solid Surface top to make the countertop. It has plenty of storage and though simple, it’s really eye-catching. The Skyline kitchen is a bit different, with an ergonomically adapt design, great color combination and great functionality, it looks pretty neat and uses every space at its best.

Last one is the Time kitchen. It looks classic and is not really my style, but I’m sure there are people who’d choose one, if asked. It has lots of details, either teak, cherry, light oak, dark oak or matte lacquer, a 9cm thick worktop and side panels that symmetrically follow the lines of the cabinet. (more…)

House in Kitakamakura by Suppose Design Office

House in Kitakamakura by Suppose Design Office-2
Among the plots of land for sale in Kita Kamakura there are some sites in the outskirts which at first glance have the- negative condition of being uneven. This is a plan to create an appealing living space by building directly over that- uneven land.

From an architectural standpoint, with an upper and lower level, the influence of the footing and other aspects- cause too many uncertainties in the support of the retaining wall. So, we propose to set concrete shafts slightly away from the wall and create a steel frame between the shafts in- order to insure the safety of the living space and the site at the same time.

Habitat 825 by Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects Located adjacent to West Hollywood, California, USA Rudolf Schindler’s Kings Road House, Habitat 825 draws inspiration from Schindler in developing new forms of contemporary lifestyle through the use of light, materials, color and common open space. Design by LOHA architects This project provided an opportunity to address the critical issues of density, site and the cultural and social impacts that arise from building adjacent to a historical landmark. Attempting to “kick down the bamboo wall”, Habitat 825 and its expansive use of common open space creates an urban space without borders or property lines.
